StreamBuddy provides tools and services designed to enhance the experience of streaming on Twitch. These include, but are not limited to, chat moderation tools, viewer engagement mechanisms, and analytics services. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for ensuring that all uses of the Service comply with these Terms. You agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Service.
StreamBuddy reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that StreamBuddy shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and its components will remain with and belong exclusively to StreamBuddy. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, Javascript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from StreamBuddy.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection, use, and disclosure of your information and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
StreamBuddy provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. StreamBuddy expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamBuddy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if StreamBuddy has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms.
StreamBuddy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms, StreamBuddy will notify you by posting an announcement on the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at StreamBuddy's sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
