Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Stream Buddy is operated by Alttab Profit SRL, RO17030480, Str. Doamna Oltea, Nr. 70, Bucharest, Romania. In these Terms, “Stream Buddy”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Alttab Profit SRL and the Stream Buddy platform.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing Stream Buddy, signing in with Twitch, connecting a Twitch channel, or using any Stream Buddy feature, you agree to these Terms. If you use Stream Buddy on behalf of a business, team, or channel, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that entity or channel.

3. What Stream Buddy Provides

Stream Buddy provides tools for Twitch streamers, including chat automation, Twitch IRC bot features, EventSub integrations, channel reward workflows, alerts, clips, follower and chat analytics, voice command controls, game-specific commands, contests and giveaways, weather and game data lookups, AI-assisted chat features, and text-to-speech integrations.

Some features rely on third-party services such as Twitch, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Wargaming, Tarkov Market, OpenWeather, RabbitMQ infrastructure, hosting providers, analytics tools, and other APIs. Availability, accuracy, latency, and behavior of those third-party services are outside our full control.

4. Accounts and Twitch Connection

You must authenticate through Twitch to use streamer features. You are responsible for keeping your Twitch account secure and for ensuring that Stream Buddy has only the permissions you intend to grant. You can revoke Stream Buddy’s Twitch access through Twitch account settings, but doing so may stop connected features from working.

5. Streamer Responsibilities

You are responsible for your channel, your moderators, your configured commands, contests, reward behavior, messages sent by the bot, and any content or data you submit to Stream Buddy. You must use Stream Buddy in compliance with applicable law, Twitch Terms of Service, Twitch Community Guidelines, platform API policies, advertising rules, giveaway rules, consumer protection rules, and data protection laws.

If you run contests, giveaways, raffles, promotions, or prize draws, you are responsible for setting lawful rules, eligibility criteria, prize descriptions, winner selection processes, tax or reporting obligations, and any required disclosures. Stream Buddy provides tooling only and does not act as promoter, sponsor, judge, or prize provider unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use Stream Buddy to send spam, harassment, hateful content, illegal content, misleading promotions, malware, phishing, or content that violates another person’s rights. You must not attempt to bypass security, scrape private areas, overload the service, reverse engineer non-public parts of the platform, or use the service to interfere with Twitch, viewers, streamers, or third-party systems.

7. AI, Voice, Game, and Data Features

AI, transcription, voice, weather, market, and game-stat features may produce incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, offensive, or unavailable results. You should review automated outputs before relying on them. Game market prices, player stats, stream metadata, follower information, and chat-derived analytics may change or be unavailable.

8. Paid Features

Stream Buddy is currently operated without active paid checkout in this build. If paid plans, billing, subscriptions, or commercial features are introduced later, additional payment terms may apply and will be made available before purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

Stream Buddy, including its software, design, branding, workflows, and documentation, is owned by Alttab Profit SRL or its licensors. You may use the platform only as permitted by these Terms. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content to operate Stream Buddy.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected. By using Stream Buddy, you acknowledge that the Privacy Policy applies to your use of the platform.

11. Availability and Changes

Stream Buddy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including integrations that become unavailable, unsafe, costly, or incompatible with third-party policies.

12. Termination

You may stop using Stream Buddy at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the platform or other users, violated third-party platform rules, or used Stream Buddy unlawfully. Some data may remain for legal, security, backup, or legitimate operational reasons as explained in the Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream Buddy is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, uptime, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alttab Profit SRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, stream interruption, moderation errors, giveaway disputes, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Alttab Profit SRL from claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of Stream Buddy, your channel content, your contests or promotions, your violation of law or third-party rules, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service or another appropriate channel.
